Embraceable Brazil & Todos os Tempos: October releases from PA drummer Tom Cohen & LA guitarist Roberto Montero

 
 
Unveiling two October 2025 releases on Caminhos do Jazz this week, both labors of love, self-produced. New Jersey-born, Philadelphia-based drummer Tom Cohen has "never been happier about a project than he is about Embraceable Brazil. I was really proud of this producer in me that kind of emerged,” he says. “You just never know what possibilities there are until you try something new. The future is sometimes more open than we think.” And Brazilian guitarist-singer Roberto Montero has been in on the LA scene for going on three decades, working live and in studio/film music production. Todos os Tempos is his first solo outing.
